Fitzroy's Esports Home
Chalk Up a Win on Smith Street
A charcoal-walled gaming lounge where casual couch players, ranked grinders, and full five-stacks share the same neon-lit tables — coffee in one hand, controller in the other.

Main floor — 24 PC battlestations

About the House
Coffee, Consoles, and a Whole Lot of Clutch
We opened Dynamic Treasure Protocol in a converted warehouse just off the Smith Street strip because Fitzroy deserved a proper esports room — not a fluorescent internet café, and not a lounge you get kicked out of at 9pm. Charcoal blackboard walls, warm lamps, and a barista who actually knows a peek from a whiff.
Twenty-four RTX battlestations, eight console couches, a soundproofed streaming studio, and a competition stage with tiered seating for 60. Whether you are queueing solo for a quiet afternoon or booking the whole floor for a LAN, the room is built to be lived in for hours.
How a Visit Works
From Doorway to Grand Final in Four Steps
- Reserve in 60 seconds
01 · Grab a Seat
Walk in or reserve online. Pick a PC bay, a console couch, or the stage. Peak weekend evenings book out, so a heads-up helps.
- Fresh session every time
02 · Load Your Profile
Sign in to your Steam, Riot, Battle.net or Epic account on our wiped-clean rigs. We keep zero credentials — everything resets when you log out.
- Casual & ranked nights
03 · Play or Compete
Casual queue, coached scrims, or a bracketed tournament. Our floor staff run matches on the projector and keep the shoutcast going.
- Table-side service
04 · Refuel & Rematch
Order a flat white or a loaded toastie from the counter without leaving your seat. Runs land table-side so the next round never waits.
Around the Floor
Find Your Corner of the Arena
Weekly brackets on the main stage — Valorant on Wednesdays, Rocket League on Fridays, and a monthly open with a real trophy on the shelf.

Word on Smith Street
What Our Regulars Say
Booked the studio to shoutcast our uni comp and it was flawless — the dual-PC setup meant zero dropped frames across a five-hour broadcast. The barista kept the whole crew caffeinated too.

Bookings & Pricing
Off-peak PC bays start at $9 per hour, rising to $12 on weekend evenings. Our four-hour block is $32, and console couches are $28 per hour for up to four players. Students get 15% off before 5pm with a valid ID.
Weekday afternoons you can usually just walk in. Friday and Saturday evenings, plus tournament nights, fill quickly — we recommend reserving online at least a day ahead. Same-day spots open up if you check the live availability on the booking page.
The Facilities
Every battlestation runs an RTX 4070, a Ryzen 7 CPU, 32GB of RAM, and a 240Hz display. Peripherals are hot-swappable, and you are welcome to bring your own mouse, keyboard, or headset to plug in.
Absolutely. Sign into your own Steam, Riot, Epic, or Battle.net account and bring any peripheral you like. Our rigs wipe every session, so nothing you enter is ever stored on the machine after you log out.
Events & Groups
Yes — private events are our specialty. We tailor a bracket to your group, provide a dedicated host, and can arrange catering from the counter. Packages start at $35 per head for a two-hour zone hire, with full-warehouse buyouts available for up to 90 guests.
We run a rolling six-week Valorant and Rocket League ladder, and our floor coaches offer 90-minute VOD-review sessions from $60. Sign-ups happen at the counter or through the contact form below.
